Accept Payments with Confidence

Enable secure payments directly on SKEQ through Stripe. From deposits to full payments, you decide how and when customers pay — with full visibility upfront.

Getting Started

Each account can only have one Stripe account connected. All calendars and communities will be using the same Stripe account when collecting payments.

Connecting your Stripe account and accepting payments is a Pro plan feature.

Connect your Stripe account

Go to SettingsPayment, and click Connect under the Stripe section to get started.

Log in or create your account

You will be redirected to Stripe. Log in to connect an existing account, or create a new one by completing a quick verification process.

Complete verification

Track your account status in the Payment tab. Stripe may request additional documents before enabling payments.

Payment Fees

Payment fees are set by Stripe and vary by payment method and country. The rates below apply to Singapore Stripe accounts (charges settled in SGD). Exact rates may differ if your Stripe account is registered elsewhere or Stripe updates pricing. Additional fees (such as disputes or chargebacks) may apply based on usage.

Choose the Right Payment Flow

Different businesses operate differently. SKEQ gives you the flexibility to choose what works best:

Card on File

  • No upfront charge to the customer
  • Best for reducing friction and increasing conversions
  • If a cancellation fee is triggered, the charge is processed later
  • Consideration: charges may fail (e.g. 3DS authentication or card issues)

Deposit-Based Booking

  • Collect a partial payment upfront
  • Reduces no-shows while keeping booking accessible
  • Consideration: payment processing fees are non-refundable, even if the booking is later cancelled within policy

Full Payment Upfront

  • Secure full commitment before confirming
  • Best for high-demand or limited-capacity services
  • Consideration: refunds must be managed carefully, including ensuring sufficient account balance
