How Booking Works

Here's what to expect when you book with this calendar:

Flexible Booking Confirmation

Booking confirmation depends on the provider's preferences — it may be manually approved, secured with a deposit, or instantly confirmed with payment or card details. You'll always know what's required before you book.

Rescheduling, on Clear Terms

Rescheduling is available up to the provider's cancellation deadline. Within penalty periods, it depends on their settings. All changes require mutual agreement — or you can contact the provider directly for more flexibility.

Clear Cancellation Policies

Each booking follows the provider's cancellation policy, shown upfront before you confirm. Cancellations within the penalty period may result in forfeited deposits.

Flexible Payments & Deposits

Providers can accept deposits or full payments securely via Stripe, or arrange payment directly for manually approved bookings.

Participation Limits

Min: 2 / Max: 4 - This means the booking requires at least 2 participants and can have up to maximum of 4 participants. If no minimum or maximum is shown, the booking is for one person.

Private Badge

Calendars marked Private are bookable only by approved members. If you don't see this badge, anyone with an account can book.
